Happy Wellness Wednesday! This week we want to highlight the importance of physical wellness. Physical wellness is caring for our bodies through physical activity, proper nutrition, and adequate rest. Improving our physical wellness allows us to achieve optimal health and well being, and allows us to take personal responsibility for our own health. Remember to balance what you eat, drink, and do!

Ways to improve your physical wellness:

-Physical activity! The benefits of exercise are endless. Some great benefits of exercise are increased energy, reduced stress, and strengthened bones and muscles.

-Maintain a regular sleep schedule

-Eat a well-balanced diet with a variety of vitamins and nutrients

-Start with small, healthy changes and be consistent!
